How to update text and images yourself
Small changes shouldn't need a ticket. In PRYNT Builder you can edit text right on the page and swap images in a couple of clicks. Nothing goes live until you publish, so you can experiment safely.

STEP BY STEP
How to do it

Open the page
Log in to PRYNT Builder and go to the page you want to change, either from the Pages panel on the left or the page dropdown at the top.

Edit text
Click directly on the text and start typing. Highlight a word or line and a small toolbar appears above it for bold, size, color, links, and alignment. Click the check mark when you're done.

Swap an image
Click the image you want to change and choose Edit Content (right click it in the classic editor, or use the small menu that appears in the newer one). Click Replace, then Upload to pick a file from your computer, or choose from stock photos.
Click Image → Edit Content → Replace→ Upload

Add alt text
In the same panel, fill in Alt text with a short description of the image. It helps people using screen readers and helps Google understand the picture. The sparkle icon can draft one for you.
Tip.
Made a mess? Click Undo in the top bar right away. The green check mark means your work is saved as a draft, but nothing is public until you hit Publish.

Preview and publish
Click Preview to check how it looks on desktop and mobile, then click Publish (or Republish) in the top right to push the change live.
Careful.
Publishing pushes every unpublished change on the whole site live, not just yours. If someone else has half finished work in the editor, check with them first.
HOW TO KNOW IT WORKED
Open your live site in a private or incognito window and the change is there. If you still see the old version, hard refresh the page.

Any images you want to add, saved as JPG, PNG, or WebP. Keep them under a couple of megabytes so pages stay fast.
